Payment Terms
Pricing
Access to certain features of the Services may require payment of fees. All fees are stated in U.S. dollars and are exclusive of taxes.
Payment Processing
All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment processor, Stripe. We do not store your credit card information. By making a purchase, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method.
Refunds
Refunds, if any, are made at the sole discretion of Chadix and in accordance with applicable law.
Termination
By You
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at support@chadix.ai. Upon termination, your right to access and use the Services will immediately cease.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to your violation of these Terms.

Indemnification

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Chadix reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. All changes are effective immediately when we post them and apply to all access to and use of the Services thereafter. Your continued use of the Services following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.
